Start: Arm extended with weights over your chest. Keep shoulders down and away from your ears. Wrists should be flat, knuckles up.

Finish

Finish: Slowly bend elbows and lower the weights until you elbow is at 90 degrees. Make sure your elbows are under your wrists during the movement. Return to start position bby pressing the weights up. (Focus on keeping the movement slow and controlled) Start
