SCPD AWARD 2019 Winner
Over 200 students, mentors, & staff attended the 11th Annual SCPD Awards Banquet on May 10, 2019 at The Grand in Long Beach.  Plus over $2,000 raised in SCPD's first Silent Auction.

Congratulations to the Innovation Challenge 4 Team Finalists! 1. The Battery Effect: Team Leader, Abhishek Basavanna/COE.  Battery Effect offers a mobile application providing locations to dispose of household hazardous waste.  2. Beach Biotech: Team Leader, Talha Karwa/COE.   Beach Biotech provides low-cost accessible methods of diagnostic testing for diseases, starting with Type II diabetes. 
COB 2019 Road to Supply Chain Management Event
The 5th annual Road to Supply Chain Excellence event was held on Thursday, February 21, 2019.  This event was presented by CSULB's College of Business and the Operations and Supply Chain Management Advisory Board.  A total of 13 logistics and supply chain companies attended for the purpose of discussing with students how supply chains support companies and how different majors can prepare for a rewarding career in this discipline.  Several of the companies also hired students for full-time...
