Official Certificate Statement
To be eligible for a CBA Certificate Programs, undergraduate students must be officially declared in a CBA major and have a 3.0 or higher in their overall, CSULB, and major GPA. Due to our current impaction, we will not allow any undeclared or pre-majors, graduate students, or students with any one of their GPA’s below 3.0 to declare a CBA Certificate. CBA will not accept support from other colleges to add an additional degree objective of a CBA certificate, if any one of the students GPA’s is below 3.0.
Business Analytics Certificate
The business analytics certificate program provides students the foundational knowledge and skills to organize and analyze business related data in various formats. Students learn how to identify business problems, to develop solution processes, to present descriptive and predictive outcomes, and to make and decisions accordingly. Large data sets, case studies, and practical software tools are utilized.
