Description:
BaFa’ BaFa’ is a face-to-face learning simulation intended to improve participants’ cultural sensitivity through a lived experience. Participants must be present for the entire 2-hour period to participate.  Participants will learn a new culture and reflect on cross-cultural experiences.

Competency area I & II
Obj. 1: By the end of the simulation, participants will have practiced identifying and analyzing factors that influence attitudes and beliefs.
Obj. 2:  By the end of the simulation, participants will have experienced making assumptions based on cultural differences.
Obj. 3:  By the end of the simulation, participants will be able to list at least two types of questions to explore cultural beliefs in a respectful manner.
