BUILD Virtual Reunion & Trivia Night

Friday, December 4th, introduced the first BUILD Virtual Reunion & Trivia Night which served as an online reunion event for BUILD student and graduate mentor alumni.

2020 BUILD Virtual Commencement

The BUILD program celebrated the success of trainees on Friday, May 29th, 2020 at the BUILD Virtual Commencement 2020. This commencement was held online using the Zoom teleconferencing platform due to California's Stay At Home order and concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.

Black Lives Matter

Dear CSULB BUILD Fellows, Scholars, and Alumni, BLACK LIVES MATTER. We wish to convey a message of support for our Black communities, however limited. We understand that this statement cannot capture all of the pain and suffering that they have experienced.  

COVID-19 Updates and Resources

CSULB BUILD To Be Funded for 5 More Years!

We have an exciting update on the status of our BUILD grant. Although the Notice of Award (NOA) has not been issued and the award amount has not been shared with us yet, the National Insitutes of Health (NIH) has recently informed us that our BUILD program will be funded for another 5 years.
