2019 Mileage Reimbursement Rate

The California State University standard mileage rate for business travel occurring on or after January 1, 2019 will increase from 54.5 cents per mile to 58 cents per mile. Miles driven for moving purposes will be reimbursed at 20 cents per mile, increased from 18 cents per mile. Questions regarding travel procedures may be directed to Accounts Payable at fisap@csulb.edu.

Postal Rate Price Increase—Effective January 27, 2019

Effective January 27, 2019, the U.S. Postal Service will increase its postage rates for select USPS mailing & shipping services. As a result, the postal rates on campus at Receiving and Mail Services will also increase to reflect those changes. Risk Management Reminder Regarding Systemwide Release and Waiver

Did you know there is only one approved Release of Liability form that should be used when students or other third parties participate in a University sponsored activity off campus? The approved Release of Liability form has been vetted by the CSU Office of General Counsel and is located on the Risk Management website under FORMS/Release of Liability.
