Circuit Fusion: This invigorating class is designed to boost your energy and enhance your afternoon with a mix of body weight and dumbbell exercises. Improve your muscular endurance, strength, mobility, and flexibility while having a blast and elevating your lunchtime.
 
Core + More: Improve core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility in this 50-minute class. A mix of mat work and circuits using controlled breathing.
 
M.F.B: Stretch and move through a light flow of movements to improve joint and muscle mobility, flexibility, and balance. 
 
Strong Endurance: Build muscle through strength training and cardio in this 50-minute class using dumbbells, resistance bands, stepping, and more!
 
Vinyasa Flow: This vinyasa yoga class is a dynamic practice with energetic movements, poses, and postures that aim to promote flexibility, strength, and endurance. The focus of this practice is to improve the mind-body connection, boost your energy, and encourage mindfulness in our daily lives. All experience levels are welcome!

All classes accommodate for beginning, intermediate, and advanced participants.

 

Building Strength: Build muscle and increase bone density with 50-minutes of resistance training for all major muscle groups using cardio, barbells, hand weights, and resistance bands.

Cardio Blast: A cardio class for all levels incorporating low-impact, choreographed kickboxing based movements that are designed to elevate your heart rate and result in a fun aerobic workout.

Core + More: Improve core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility in this 50-minute class.  A mix of mat work and circuits using controlled breathing.

Fit for Life: A class designed to keep you fit for life by giving you tools to improve function during daily living and recreational activities. Increase your strength and flexibility, and have fun doing it!

Mindful Stretching: Improve your flexibility and mobility while using mindfulness to gently reset the mind and body.
