INFORMATION
Your health is your foundation for life.  Being healthy creates a foundation upon which to build success and happiness.  However, many people who have experienced severe illness tell us that they have found some of their most meaningful and happy moments while suffering from severe illnesses of all kinds.

Even when a severe illness results in death, many people find peace and happiness within those circumstances. In addition, research shows that how you mentally cope with illness can significantly affect the outcome.  Your brain and emotions are linked to your immune system and all bodily systems that affect health.  By developing a more positive attitude and positive acceptance of your life as it is or may be and by keeping your mind as constructively active as possible, you can improve not only your current existence, but also increase your chances of a successful outcome.

In addition, some of the sites below give practical nutritional, self-care, and medical information that can make a difference for prevention or overcoming illness.

ADVICE
Use the nutritional, self-care, and medical advice of top experts. Those who do can very significantly increase their chances of health and survival.  People who are most successful often do a lot of their own health research to find the best advice.
