CareerLINK, our online recruiting portal, connects you to our current graduate business student and recent alumni talent. Through CareerLINK, you can post your open positions, schedule campus interviews and information sessions, and register for upcoming career events. CareerLINK is a free resource provided for all of our employer partners.

  • Click SIGN UP and fill all required fields, then click on SUBMIT when complete. 
  • Confirmation will be sent to your email along with a username and password within 72 hours. 
  • Click the link in your email to reset your password and sign in to CareerLINK

Post unlimited jobs, internships, and other employment opportunities for free. 

To begin posting jobs, go to our website csulb.edu/career-development-center

  • Click on EMPLOYERS just under the title bar.  
  • Click on CareerLINK EMPLOYER SIGN IN.  
  • Sign in to CareerLINK with Username and Password. 
  • Under SHORTCUTS, click on CREATE A JOB POSTING.  
  • Click on SUBMIT when complete. 
  • Notification of approval will be sent to you via email.  

Here are some tips on posting jobs and internships: 

  • Use a clear job title.
  • Provide a detailed job description. 
  • Include relevant keywords for search optimization. 
  • Highlight key benefits and perks. 
  • Share essential company information. 
  • Offer clear application instructions. 
  • Use bulleted lists and formatting for readability. 
  • Ensure mobile-friendly posting. 
  • Include contact information for inquiries. 
  • Note that the state of California requires pay/salary information. This addition ensures compliance with California's regulations and helps provide transparency to job seekers regarding compensation expectations.
