Zoom Tutorials

The T-HELP prorgram (Januray 2019 – December 2020) has ended.

A HIPPA compliant version of Zoom video conferencing provided by California State University, Long Beach was used for the last four group sessions. These sessions were extremely secure and achieve HIPAA (signed BBA) and PIPEADA/PHIPA compliance with complete end-to-end 256-bit AES encryption. See the tutorials below to learn how to connect and make adjustments in a Zoom meeting.

WARNING: Beware of phishing attempts using fake Zoom meeting invites. Please make sure that the Zoom meeting invite is from a trusted source before clicking any links. If you are in one of the T-HELP Wellness Groups, you will receive a meeting invite from an @csulb.edu email or directly from your facilitator's email.
