Self-Care Modules

The T-HELP prorgram (Januray 2019 – December 2020) has ended.

Good self-care practices can help enhance health, improve confidence and wellbeing, and manage stress. These practices can address ways of sleeping, eating, working, and socialization that promote health. Skill building exercises was presented via telehealth each week, by PMHNP students, to help participants learn to identify activities and practices that support well-being as a student and sustain positive self-care in the long-term.
