College of Business (COB) Addition + Renovation

A renovation of existing office and student training spaces and a new addition to the first floor of the College of Business. This will allow expanded space for workshops, tutoring, and staff for the Center for Student Success. This project will also include new interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
