Digital Marketing Specialist - Job #604 (multiple positions available)
This position assists in social media analysis, engagement efforts, and marketing and outreach efforts in the communications area and is supervised by the Public Affairs and Communications Specialist.

Video Production Specialist - Job #603
This position works to produce and edit video footage for the communications area and is supervised by the Public Affairs and Communications Specialist. The person in this role may work with other departments as needed.

Graphic Design Specialist - Job #602
This position creates graphic designs and/or marketing assets to promote programs and works within the communications area, supervised by the Public Affairs and Communications Specialist and may work with other departments as needed.

Student Registration Specialist - Job #613
This position serves in the care of objects in the Museum's collections, exhibitions, and archives and assists in the documentation and maintenance of these works of art under the supervision of the Registrar.

Student Preparator - Job #498 (multiple positions available)
This position helps with the packing, unpacking, documentation, maintenance, and hanging of works of art by utilizing and ensuring that specific art handling techniques conform to standard museum policies and is directed by Chief Preparator. 

Special Projects Assistant - Job #574 (multiple positions available)
This position works on research and building accessible resources for the education, communications, and curatorial areas under the supervision of the Chief Curator, Membership Coordinator, and Public Affairs and Communications Specialist. They may work with other departments as needed.

Visitor Services Student Lead - Job #601
​This position leads student Visitor Services Associate in public program and patron services within the Visitor Services area. It is supervised by the Visitor Services and Venue Coordinator.

Visitor Services Associate - Job #162 (multiple positions available)
​This position supports events and programs as a frontline customer service and gallery guarding agent within the Visitor Services area. It is supervised by the Visitor Services and Venue Coordinator.

Retail Associate - Job #600
​This position works within the visitor services area as a front desk representative in the museum store where artisanal goods by CSULB alumni are sold. It is supervised by the Visitor Services and Venue Coordinator.

Student Volunteer Opportunities

Student Docent volunteer positions are currently open. Our student docents volunteers assist our Curator of Education with various educational programming. Open positions include concierge volunteers, touring and engagement leaders, museum teachers, outreach teachers. Read or download the Student Docent flyer for more information.
