Formed a new brokerage franchise which now has 60 offices in 20 states and just partnered with a firm in Dubai to open 24 more offices (16 countries) throughout South America, Western Europe and the Middle East by 2024. Sperry Equities partnership has over $1B in retail, office and industrial assets, and manages 11 million square feet in 9 states. He is married, with 6 grown children and currently 10 grandchildren and lives in OC.
