International students are eligible for CPT once they have completed 9 months in the program.

Skills that are needed to succeed in the MSIS program:

  • General MS Office expertise including Spreadsheet and Database.
  • Statistical computing  with  Excel, SAS, or SPSS. 
  • General knowledge in coding with programming languages such as Python. 

We receive inquiries often about the program being offered through “Extended Education” which means this program is offered as a collaborative program with the College of Business and College of Professional & Continuing Education. It means the program follows a flat-rate fee structure and is all-inclusive (books/materials, parking are included in the flat-rate fee structure). The flat-rate fee structure is $1,050/unit. This means the total cost for tuition is $31,500.
