Assurance of Learning

Assurance of Learning Standard (AOL)

Assurance of Learning (AOL) is one of the most important standards required by AACSB.

In Standard 8 : “The School uses well-documented, systematic processes for determining and revising degree program learning goals; designing, delivering, and improving degree program curricula to achieve learning goals; and demonstrating the degree program learning goals have been met.”

CBA Learning Goals

Program learning goals are developed and determined by CBA Undergraduate Program Committee (UPC) and CBA Graduate Program Committee (GPC). Learning goals are constantly reviewed by UPC and GPC to assure that they are consistent with the school’s mission, expected outcomes, and strategies. Learning goals should reflect the currency of knowledge and the expectations of stake holders.
