Voicemail Outage

During the outage, callers could not leave voicemail, nor could voicemail users retrieve their campus voicemails. Call processing services including Enrollment Services (55471) and the campus main number (54111) were also not reachable. Root cause analysis will be performed to understand the cause and prevention of future occurrences.

Azure Virtual Desktop Outage

Azure Virtual Desktop environment was unavailable following a planned vendor recommended network firewall update. Services impacted included those that depend on Azure Virtual Desktop (i.e., Titanium and File Maker Pro applications, 49er Shops accounting app). The issue was identified and action was taken to restore services. Root cause analysis will be conducted with vendor.
