Ms. Brooke Newman

Child Development and Family Studies

Brooke works part-time as a lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences. Brooke also works full-time as a preschool teacher at the Child & Family Center. She has experience working with toddlers, preschool age and elementary school age children. Brooke loves to combined these two worlds by mentoring the future teachers of tomorrow. A few of her biggest passions are working with children with disabilities, childhood cancer, and being a mentor for her students. She enjoys providing professional development to other teachers and connecting with teachers around the world.
