Before submitting a ticket or making an appointment, use the Ask Elbee Chatbot in the bottom right corner of your screen. Elbee is available 24/7 and can answer frequently asked questions related to Admissions; Financial Aid and Scholarships; and Student Records.

Our general office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m, with closures on designated University Holidays

Submit a Help Ticket:

Whether you have a question adding or dropping classes, applying for graduation, transfer credit, enrollment verification, academic appeals, educational leave, or updating your personal information, you may submit a help ticket to connect with the Student Records team.

Current students and recent graduates must sign-in with their CSULB Single-Sign On account to complete their request. You may check the status of your ticket at anytime by opening your ticket submission confirmation email and selecting "View My Ticket Request."

Whether you have a question about transcripts, diplomas, enrollment verification, or cross-enrollment CSULB, you may submit a help ticket to connect with the Student Records team.

Current students enrolled in unique programs (i.e. cross-enrollment, online university etc) may also submit a ticket using the link below. Students enrolled in College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPaCE) courses can find support through their CPaCE account.

Current CSULB students may request to receive official transcripts by email (fastest) or physical mail (may take up to 7-10 business days to process). Please make all requests online through MyCSULB Student Center. Learn more about how current students can order transcripts.

Beach Connect App

If you are a current student and have more specific questions, CSULB has a knowledgeable team of Student Records representatives who are available to meet with you in-person or virtually to discuss your case. Appointments can be made through Beach Connect.
