Jeffrey Whitten
Jeffrey Whitten joined CSULB's Department of Cinematic Arts as a Part-Time Lecturer in Fall 2018. Mr. Whitten is a multifaceted, award-winning, film and television producer with success in a broad range of broadcast and independent video productions.
Since 2014, Jeffrey Whitten has worked at the Department of Titan Communications, the on-campus television and radio station at California State University, Fullerton, training the next generation of aspiring content creators and journalists in film, television, and music/sound production. While working full-time as Television Coordinator & Media Specialist at CSUF, and now subsequently as part-time lecturer at CSULB, he has gained experience working with a diverse array of students in film and television studio production, pre-production planning, location shooting, multi-camera video editing, closed captioning, and live broadcasting in a hands-on academic environment.

Jeffrey Whitten is an audio/visual artist specializing in producing original content: documentaries; music videos; promotional and event videos for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations; musical composition, sequencing, and mastering.
In 2014, Mr. Whitten produced and developed an award-winning program, Titan Radio Live!, with the collaboration of Titan TV & Titan Radio staff at CSUF, under the umbrella of Titan Communications. Since then, 70+ shows have aired on the Titan Communications TV channel. The episode of Titan Radio Live! featuring Thrift won Bronze at the 2018 Telly Awards.
