The Research Curriculum will provide you with a strong documented foundation of research skills as part of your undergraduate training. On this page you'll find links to resources that will help you make the most of the curriculum, helping you explore research as a career option and further developing your skills as a researcher.

  • My Mentor Program from the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) - In addition to mentors you may work with here on campus, you may also wish to seek the guidance of someone working at another university. You can be paired up with a "virtual" mentor through this network of researchers who have volunteered to be mentors.
  • Health-Related Research Opportunities - Search for health-related research and internship opportunities screened from CSULB CareerLINK site.
  • BUILD Mentor Database - Looking for a mentor on campus? The Building Infrastructure Leading to Diversity (BUILD) program developed this database of researchers at CSULB who are open to mentoring undergraduate students in their labs.
