Small Group Programs

Strength for Living

Strength for Living is a small group training program designed to develop muscular and cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility, and overall confidence to enter a fitness facility and workout successfully on your own.

Strength for Living cohorts consists of 8 to 12 individuals who move through the program together under the leadership of LifeFit staff and interns.  You will experience a friendly and encouraging environment.

Strength for Living is offered three times per year during our Fall, Spring, and Summer Sessions.

Building Healthy Bones

Building Healthy Bones is a small group training program using evidence-based exercises to build healthier bones.  Members will perform strength and power training as well as high-impact exercise.

Building Healthy Bones cohorts consist of 6 to 8 individuals who move through the program together under the leadership of LifeFit staff and interns.

Building Healthy Bones is offered three times per year during our Fall, Spring, and Summer Sessions.
