Information Systems Fast Track Masters Program
The MS Information Systems (MSIS) program has a Fall-only admission cycle. The deadline to submit a “Fast Track” Application is April 1 for Spring/Summer graduates and October 1 for Fall/Winter graduates. This “Fast Track” application process is a unique opportunity available only to currently enrolled Information Systems undergraduate students at CSULB.
Students are eligible to submit a “Fast Track” Application to the MSIS Program if they meet the following criteria:
- Are CSULB undergraduate students in the Information Systems Program
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of the application
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher through graduation
Students deemed eligible for the “Fast Track” Application will receive the following benefits/perks:
- GMAT/GRE Test WAIVED!
- Video Statement of Purpose WAIVED!
- Letter of Recommendation WAIVED!
- Cal State Apply application fee ($55) REIMBURSED!

Applicants will be preliminarily offered admission based on the review of the Fast Track application and GPA. Applicants will be offered official admission once the undergraduate degree has been conferred, the GPA has been confirmed as 3.0 or higher at the time of graduation, and a final evaluation of the application has been completed.
