Excibo is a mobile app solution to limited dining options by providing an affordable, convenient delivery service that offers more choices for less money. College students prefer a variety of food options beyond the Student Union, but are often limited by time and budget, while local restaurants want to maximize the opportunities to serve these students. Excibo will connect students and local restaurants using our mobile application. Our Pinpoint Delivery Model allows students to pick up their order from one of the pickup locations (called Pickup Hubs) on campus at peek hours like lunch time.  Excibo users can browse menus from restaurants in the vicinity of the university, place their orders, pay using debit/credit cards, and track the status of their deliveries on a single app. Using this model, drivers are not delivering small individual orders, but large groups of orders at specific times (mostly at lunch.)

Theorem is an online apparel store that uses science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) inspired prints and designs to produce fashionable clothing for young girls. Along with each purchase, the customer will receive an envelope containing fun, problem-solving brain teaser games to stimulate the young girl's mind. Theorem’s mission is to inspire young girls to pursue a STEM profession through STEM inspired fashion apparel.

K9 BioPower is a non-profit entity dedicated to improving the lives of homeless animals through the implementation of small-scale biogas plants in animal shelters. Biogas will be produced from dog waste at the shelter, fuel an electric generator and produce organic fertilizer that will be sold. The profits will be divided between the host shelter and aquiring new systems for other shelters. The utility cost savings and the proceeds from the fertilizer sale will be used to help pay for medical expenses to save dogs that would otherwise be euthanized.
