Los Alamitos and Los Cerritos Renovation

The Los Alamitos and Los Cerritos Renovation project consists of performing a comprehensive renovation of these two buildings which were built in 1959. Some of the finishes and part of the infrastructure in these buildings are original and need to be updated. The preliminary project scope for the project includes new finishes throughout (except for select areas that were recently renovated), mechanical and electrical upgrades, installation of a modular elevator at Los Alamitos to improve ADA access to the building, roof replacement at Los Alamitos, one new students kitchen at each building, installation of a fire suppression system (sprinklers) and a new fire alarm system. This project will bring the Los Alamitos and Los Cerritos buildings up to date, significantly improving the experience of the students and staff that use and maintain the facilities.
