Entertainment and Activities Galore

With Homecoming week just around the corner, the Nugget Grill and Pub on campus, will celebrate the week with entertainment and activities for students to partake in.

Here are the events that will be taking place.

Monday, Nov. 9

The Nugget will show Monday Night Football with hourly raffles and sell $1 basket of fries during the game.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

The Nugget’s first “Open Mic Session” will let attendees perform with their guitar as well as the chance to enter a contest to win a free guitar and other prizes courtesy of the new Beachtech Guitar Lounge on the second floor of the university’s bookstore.

Wednesday, Nov. 11

Veterans Day – Campus Closed

Thursday, Nov. 12

The Nugget will host a Homecoming karaoke night. There will be music, a t-shirt giveaway, and Beach Trivia.

Friday, Nov. 13

The Nugget will give attendees a one-dollar-off coupon for their next visit at the Nugget Express for wearing a Long Beach State t-shirt and making a purchase. Live entertainment will also be available.

Saturday, Nov. 14

The Nugget will be open on Homecoming Day from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will have live entertainment, cold beverages, raffles and appetizer specials. Face painting will also be offered to attendees so they can strut their CSULB pride at the Homecoming Game at 4:05 p.m. in the Walter Pyramid.
