Juan Morales is a Senior Manager in Systems Engineering within the Systems Security Department. He brings over 18 years of experience at Raytheon most recently supporting Space Systems proposals as the Deputy Chief Engineer. Previously, Juan was the Deputy Chief Engineer for the Space Development Programs responsible for technical oversight of robust subsystem designs. Prior to this role, Juan served as the Deputy Technical lead to multiple space and airborne programs. Juan holds a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University, Pomona, an MS in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in RF Communications from California State University, Long Beach, an MBA from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a Systems Engineering Technical Development Program graduate.

Juan often joins the Raytheon recruitment team when they attend career fairs especially the one hosted by our Career Development Center. He is looking forward to building partnerships with the campus community and engaging with alumni.
