**Anonymous Complaints:  Equity & Compliance practices sensitivity and privacy rights regarding student and employees’ information that aligns with CSU policies. Per CSU’s Nondiscrimination Policy, the University may have limited capability to take further or full action if key information is missing, unavailable, or if the Complaining Party requests anonymity and/or does not wish to move forward with a complaint. Equity & Compliance will make every good faith effort available to provide Parties with appropriate support, information, and reasonable action based on available information.
