C. PUBLICATION ON THE WORLD-WIDE WEB.
Students enrolled in the class are also expected to provide a copy of their
projects as a World Wide Web document. As part of the class, students will
be taught the process of digitizing and manipulating images and incorporating
them into hyperlinked documents, with annotated text using HTML. Examples
of previous student projects can be obtained by clicking on the button bar.
D. COURSE FEES.
This course is probably one of the most expensive courses offered to students
at CSULB. A fee of $35 is required from all students. Payment should be
made by check made payable to CSULB. The fee covers consumables such as
chemicals, grids, glass knives, photographic equipment, filaments etc. It
also covers the cost of a pair (one) of watchmakers forceps. The forceps
will be ordered the first day of class and should arrive within the first
couple weeks of instruction. Failure to pay the course fee could result
in the withholding of supplies and consumables.
