Please read the sections on application procedures and selection criteria in the
Program Description prior to completing an application. The application form for the National Science Foundation Scholars program
can be filled out "on-line
(*.html)" or downloaded
(*.pdf) as a PDF file (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF
file).
At the present time, the
application cannot be submitted on-line, as the application requires a signature and other materials to be supplied at the time
of application. You are therefore required to print the completed "on-line" form and submit it with your
application package.
Completed applications for National Science Foundation Scholars Program are accepted through the year.
