- Even though this does not have the full
text of the biographical info- this is a good source for finding info
about historians, notable important people and will have stuff when
nothing else has any information.

- Click on REFERENCE and you will find
the option for "biographical information". The only time I
would use this search is if you are finding nothing else using all the
other resources listed here. This is good for finding biographical info
about contemporary people and really popular individuals- but tends
to have just regular newspaper articles that don’t give any info
about a person.

- When you are looking for information
about people using a search engine, put the full name of the individual
in " " and use reputable search engines like google.com
for more relevant results. e.g. "alistair cooke"
