Applying Information

Using information
Due to the large amount of information available to easily cut and paste, it is becoming increasingly difficult for students to determine how to effectively cite sources or even give credit to original creators of information.   For this reason, an emphasis on using information has become one of the major tenants of information competency.  Finding informatio is only half of the battle.   Information literate students must be aware of copyright issues as well as proper citation styles or methods for every information type they use.
