The emphasis of this web site is on developing personal attributes that can increase your success and happiness in each area of your life.  Most serious family problems are at least partly related to communication or conflict-resolution problems; or they are related to serious psychological problems (such as poor work habits, depression, drug addiction, or aggression) by a family member.

For help with these problems go to our help pages on Conflict Resolution and Intimacy.
