Beach Rugby Back in Action against San Diego, UC San Diego

By Jo-Ryan Salazar

January 31, 2008

Welcome back to the Beach, rugby players and aficionados alike! We are set for one intense spring, as Long Beach State once again starts things off with Southern California Rugby Football Union (SCRFU) Division 1 action with matches against San Diego and UC San Diego.

The match against the San Diego Toreros will be at 12:00 p.m. on the CSULB Rugby Field. The match with UC San Diego, at UCSD, is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.

Save the dates and the times. The schedule is subject to change. Also, make sure you are familiar with the bonus points system, as administered by the union. The first updates to this table to your left will take place after matching this weekend. Standings will be accurate as of the day of update.

We hope to see you support our young men, as they make their push for the SCRFU cdhampionship, and a spot in the National Tournament!
