Information and Practice Times

CSULB Rugby is a club sport . The club practices on Tuesdays from 4pm - 6pm (until further notice) and Thursdays from 4-6pm.

• Where? Rugby Field: Adjacent to the Track (East of)
• When? Practice Tuesdays @ 4pm & Thursdays @ 4pm.
• Conditioning: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm or 7pm (CSULB Strength Complex)
• What to wear? You should wear clothes suitable for active running. In September running shoes are recommended.

For games it is recommended that you wear a pair of rugby or soccer cleats.
