Instructions:

1. Check your mail and news preference and make sure that the idendification is correct (i.e. your name, E-mail address). You grade will be assigned based on your identification on the E-mail you submit..

2. You have 90 minutes to finish this exam; the time you submit your exam will be based on the time stamp from the computer.

3. It is an open book exam, however, discussion is strictly prohibited.

4. Your final grade will be posted on my web site within 2 weeks.

5. Since this is an open-book exam, some questions may not be covered in class.

1. Write code in JAVAscript so that users can enter amount invested and annual return and the JAVAscript can calculate the "return on investment".

8. Write HTML code to design an on-line course evaluation from (questionnaire) with five questions.  The user can submit this form through E-mail and the receiver does not have to use special program to convert it  into readable format? (Hint: see the source code of this exam)

10. How does a database management system (such as ORACLE, SQL server and so on) fit into E-commerce?
