is contained in the Schedule of classes and CBA Policy. No Drops/Withdrawals

medical and/or work-related reasons.
Class attendance is required.
Be prepared with reading material for class discussions.
Exams and Final
These exams will be in class
and will take approximately one hour. They will consist of a combination of
multiple choice and will include questions from the
assigned chapter readings as well as the text-related material covered in our
class meetings. The final exam will be mandatory and must be taken at the time
scheduled by the University.
Projects/Assignments
Assignments will be announced in class and are due at the beginning of class on
the specified due date. No Late work will be accepted. All assignments
must be printed and handed in on a disk without a virus. Computer disks with
viruses will be returned to students without any credit. All work must be
turned in on the due date, in class. Each student must do his/her own work.
Copying assignments will be considered cheating and all parties will be
penalized. Please do not wait until the last minute to do your assignments. I
encourage students to discuss their class work and assignments together. You
learn a lot from your peers since you go through the same learning process. However,
after the discussion, each of you should work on your own assignments
independently from scratch. One learns by doing not by working together to
print two copies, this is not learning.
Contacting Me
I prefer to be contacted by email or during office hours. I will respond to an
email in a timely matter. Emailed attachments will not be opened or
receive a response.
