Designing a web page is not a hard task, as long as you are familiar with necessary web editing tools.

There are four basic types of web editing tools:

• Notepad editor (Some basic HTML knowledge required.)

• WYSWYG tools, such as Microsoft Word 97, Microsoft Frontpage,  and Netscape Composer ( Little or no HTML knowledge required.)

• Adobe Photoshop (For images editing.)

• Java, Java Script, VB, VB Script, and Pearl (For some special animation effects and database connection.)
