1.  Describe the process of migration and immigration that Sanchez details in Chapter 2.  What does the author mean by "chain migration" and "circular" migration patterns?  Why did Mexicans begin to migrate?  To what locations did Mexicans intend to relocate?  In which regions did most early immigrants resettle?
