will graduate from CSULB in Spring 2009 with a bachelors degree in Psychology. She plans on continuing her educational goals at CSULB by obtaining a Master's degree. She currently works at LBCC as a financial aid adviser. She loves to travel internationally, and has a long term goal to set up health programs in 3rd world countries. In her spare time she volunteers, attends outreach events, holds fund raisers, and listens to classical music. | |||

Brianne |
is a junior this year and plans to graduate Spring 2010 with her Psychology BA. She plans to go to go on for a Master's degree in School Psychology and certification as a School Psychologist. She currently works as an ordering assistant for a small company, mentors an at-risk teenager, and volunteers for the Long Beach Boys and Girls Club. During her free time, she enjoys not doing homework, spending time with friends, and working on her movie buff. | |||

is currently a junior at CSULB and expects to graduate with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in Spring 2010. She plans to pursue a Master's Degree in either Social Work or Speech-Language Pathology. Outside of school activities, she works full-time and enjoys spending her spare time at the beach with her three dogs. | |||

is a senior this year and plans to graduate in Spring of '09 with a BA in Psychology. She plans to to apply to the CSULB MFT program with the aims of become a therapist. Her main focus in psychology is child and adolescent development and hopes to be able to work with kids and help counsel them. In her free time she loves to dance, write, spend time with her large family, and hang out down by the beach. | |||

will be graduating Fall 2009. She plans to pursue her Master's degree at Pepperdine University, then a PsyD or PhD. She hopes to work towards alleviating problems faced by at-risk populations, and wishes to help juveniles realize their potentials. She hopes to one day travel to far off places and experience many adventurous activities. |

Henry |
will be graduating in the spring of 2009 with a BA in Psychology. He currently works as an Educational Consultant with the Compton School District and as a teacher's aid in a special ED. Class in the Long Beach Unified School District. He is currently involved in the formation of a non- profit organization that advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities. He is also doing volunteer work with the Best Buddies program in Long Beach and the Los Angeles Mission. He plans to attend law school in southern California in the fall of 2010. During his spare time he loves to play Flamenco guitar and read science articles. | |||

Jaime |
after obtaining her Psychology BA in 2009, she plans to take time to discover her passions and decide upon a career goal. She plans to go to graduate school in time, but is undecided upon the program focus. She enjoys bright colors and rainbows, and has taken on a fascination with all things unicorn. Things that make her happy include tea, opportunities for creativity, Trader Joe's cranberry oatmeal cookies, popcorn, wearing rain boots, and recycling. | |||

Juan |
foresees graduating in the spring of 2010 with a BA in psychology. He plans to attend graduate school and obtain a Masters in Educational Management or Administration to become a high principal. In addition to being an administrator, he plans to coach football as well, and hopes to transform young boys into productive men of their community. His favorite actives including: hanging out with his nephews and close friends, reading a great book, and watching football during football season. |

anticipates graduating by Spring 2010, then continuing on to graduate school with plans to be an alcohol and drug counselor, or possibly a professional in the area of Health Psychology. She serves as a volunteer in a drug addiction program, mentoring young adults. Away from school and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and watching movies. She loves to eat, especially trying new foods. She also likes to exercise and play sports, with a particular favorite being basketball. | |||

will be graduating in Fall 09 and is planning on getting her Master's degree in MFT. She has worked and volunteered with children since high school, and enjoys it immensely - so much so that she wants to work with troubled children and adolescents. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and going for long drives. She wishes to travel all over the world. | |||

is currently a senior and is graduating Spring 2010 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She plans to go on for a Master's Degree in general Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She assists with Dr. Kelemen's memory recall research, and volunteers at the Women's Resource Center. During her leisure time, she visits family, watches movies, eats junk food, listens to Spanish rock, goes to the beach, and/or reads Nicholas Sparks novels. | |||

Nilufar |
will be graduating from CSULB in Fall 2009 in psychology. She is planning to go to law school in Southern California, and is currently an intern for the Domestic Violence Resource Referral Program at the Long Beach court house. In her free time, she enjoys going out with her friends, playing sports, and eating delicious Persian food. | |||

Tyler |
will be graduating in the Spring of 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Sociology. He plans on pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. He is currently the COLA Representative for Psi Chi, and the treasurer for the COLA student council for the 08/09 school year. He is currently a research assistant for Dr. Guido Urizar, and is working on a research manuscript about the effect that physical activity has on caregiver vitality. His favorite activities include: reading, listening to music, going to the movies, and working on his research. |
