CSULB Psychology Department Masters Application

    The CSULB Psychology Department's master's programs application forms are currently available in a print-only format.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to access these forms (click on the Adobe icon below for a link to download the free Reader).

    Please be sure to read the entire Application Procedures page, as well as information on our three masters programs (MA-Psychological Research, MS-Human Factors, MS-Industrial/Organizational) before printing and submitting your department application.  Failure to follow application procedures may result in your application not being considered.

    A print-only version of the Psychology Masters Programs application is made available here (if you experience printing difficulties which are not solved by the suggestions listed below, please email the Graduate Advisor to have an application/information packet mailed to you).  Simply click on each form listed below, print it out, and complete by hand or using a typewriter (please write legibly).  Application is restricted to one of our three programs any given application time period (MS-Human Factors exception: this program permits application to both the MSHF and MA-Research program at the same time -- please provide duplicates of all required department application materials, including official transcripts and letters of recommendation, indicating for which program the individual materials are being submitted).
