An Investigation of the Relationship Between Resiliency, Training and Technostress

    Stress problems can have a huge impact on the workplace.  Past research has shown that personality factors can raise or lower stress levels for employees. This study investigated the relationship of resiliency, as a personality factor, to technostress and training on computers.  Although an inverse relationship was found between training and technostress, the other two hypotheses were not confirmed.
