Set strategic direction for Canon USA, consumer products division, online as well as loyalty marketing efforts on and offline.  This included managing 12 product lines online from pre-sales, direct sales through to support.  Database marketing efforts were used to maintain an ongoing relationship with existing customers as well as prospecting new customers via online advertising, list buys, co-marketing opportunities and viral marketing.  This used a lot of skills from the I/O program; the organizational effectiveness skills learned to work in cross-functional teams as well as test construction (survey development) and statistical modeling skills from the program.
