Professional Experience:

·       County of Los Angeles Department of HR/Centralized Examining & Test Research Division (Human Resources Analyst II, 2003-Present; HR Analyst I, 2001-2002; HR Analyst Trainee, 2000-2001).

My principal function is as an internal consultant to DHR and County line departments.  I conduct job analyses and selection procedure development and validation for a variety of professional, technical, and clerical job classes.  I appreciate the opportunity to apply my education, training, and personal strengths in the public service.
