Summary of Work Experience
I have approximately four years of experience in recruitment and personnel
selection, primarily in the public sector.
My experience includes job analysis, test construction, test validation,
and technical report writing. I
have conducted job analysis and test development for a variety of job
classifications (e.g., technical/professional, clerical, educational,
crafts/trades, etc.). I also have
developed a variety of assessment tools, including training and experience
evaluations, written tests, structured interviews, writing samples, and
performance tests.

preparing technical reports, and conducting technical presentations and training
for departmental personnel staff.
