Thesis:
Effect of Organizational Image and Applicant Experience on Job Pursuit Intentions

This paper investigated whether job pursuit intentions of prospective applicants would differ as a result of being exposed to one of two types of organizational information: corporate or recruitment.  It also investigated whether the type of information presented to prospective applicants had a moderating effect on the relationship between applicant experience and job pursuit intentions.

Recruitment information was more influential for prospective applicants than corporate information regardless of their level of experience, N = 96.  In addition, organizational image moderated the relationship between applicant experience and job pursuit intentions.
