Ryan Faulkner has

Resources and Workforce Development. He has broad change leadership experience
working with companies to implement corporate learning strategies, talent
management approaches, managing large transformation initiatives, and
implementing both individual and organizational performance measurement
programs.
Ryan has held leadership roles in human
resources effectiveness, organizational design and
change, learning, leadership development, and talent management. Currently,
he leads the workforce transformation practice for a premierre consulting,
technology, and outsourcing company. Over the course of his career,
Ryan has served in both internal and external consulting roles.
Ryan's focus and
interest is to help organizations transform their approach to developing and
managing talent; bringing the right combination of people, business process,
and leverage of technology to drive performance and effectively manage cost.
