Through my thesis and internship I have become
an elite specialist in Email communication.
I have acted as an internal consultant to improve Northrop Grumman Space
Technology's email
effectiveness and can do the same for others. I have also conducted internal
polling and analysis
of results that have been used to develop company wide programs. Northrop
