From campus, go north on the San Diego Freeway (the 405) to Venice Blvd
Off at Venice and turn right on Venice
Go up Venice about 4 miles
ISKCON temple is on left – on the corner of Watseka and Venice. It is a big pink building with many devotees out on the lawn. (You can't turn left on Watseka off Venice so go up to the next stop light, Main Street, and make a U turn and come back to Watseka.)
Get there about 5:30 PM – services start at 6:00 PM. Free dinner is at 7:00 PM.
Things to do: talk to devotees (they are very friendly) and attend their services, go to the Visitors Center and get printed materials and watch videos, go through the museum, visit the gift shop, eat dinner.
There will be a packet of materials available in the University Copy
Center that will be of help in writing your projects.
