This branch of physics goes deep
into an understanding of the mysteries
of the Universe - its geometry, its
scale, its contents and its evolution
Quarks bind into nuclei, and atoms into
molecules - massive molecular gas clouds collapse
to form stars and galaxies. Galaxies come together
to form Clusters. Everything from Nuclear & Particle Physics to
Gravity to the unknown origins of Dark matter
and Dark energy play a role.
Here at CSULB, we are using theory and
computation to explore various facets of Astrophysics.
